Nicely furnished rooms with interesting design. A minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control were nice. Perfect and magnificent location, only a short distance to Marno Pole, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and high quality interior of the rooms. The location on a heavier traffic street in the town center is perfect for exploring the sights in Veliko Tarnovo. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast at the nearby bakery, Amaretto, is a delightful start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Veliko Tarnovo. the staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. They even upgraded my room for free, making my stay even more comfortable. Secondly, the attention to detail in the design of the hotel was impressive. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a cozy and special atmosphere. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, with high-quality interiors and even a bathtub. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect - right in the town center, close to all the important tourist attractions and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast at Amaretto bakery, located nearby, offered a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with immaculate cleanliness, comfortable beds, and modern facilities. The breakfast at a nearby bakery was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect as it is close to the city center and within walking distance to important tourist attractions and a plethora of restaurants.

Not obvious to find the hotel entrance, but once found, our stay was top-notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with high quality interiors, just like in the photos. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable double mattress to the provided amenities like an iron and slippers. The location was perfect, right in the town center with easy access to the sights of Veliko Tarnovo. The breakfast at the nearby Amaretto bakery was exceptional, offering a superb range of pastries and drinks.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs and were not very friendly. there was no tea provided in the room, which was a letdown.
